Meet Morgan
Hello everyone! My name is Morgan Rolfe, and I work in the admissions department for both UMaine & UMM, but I primarily work out of the Machias office. I’ve been in Admissions for almost 4 years!
I chose to join the union because labor unions are incredibly important, not just here but across the country. I became the grievance representative for UMM because I wanted to support my colleagues on the Machias campus and become more involved with the union as a whole.
The University of Maine at Machias was also lacking a campus/grievance representative at the time, so I wanted to make sure that union members on our small campus had someone looking out for them. I have been really enjoying working with everyone on the UMPSA Executive Board, and I’m excited to continue contributing to the awesome work UMPSA is doing.
