2. Increase Leadership capacity by defining the roles of leaders, committee charges, and offering training opportunities and support as needed.
- Identifying Grievance Reps on all campuses
- Provide Ongoing training for Campus/Grievance Reps
- Provide Communication Tools for Campus/Greivance Reps
- Create Clear Job description/duties for key leadership positions
- Create clear committee charges/membership expectations
3. Engage, activate, and educate members through committee work, communications, and events.
- Schedule 6 webinars throughout the year, including one on healthcare
- Move further toward using personal contact information for member emails
- Schedule several Legislative events
- Activate UMPSA committees
- Find volunteers to represent Higher Ed within the MEA committees
