University of Southern Maine

The USM UMPSA Chapter, which was formed in March of 2022, provides an opportunity for members to meet and engage with their union.  In addition, the chapter focuses on Labor issues, member recruitment, contract language, greater understanding of the contract, and ways members can advocate for their rights.  We see knowledge as power and a way to bring about positive change to employees and the workplace.
